I never know what to say in these things, so here's a list of likes and dislikes that gives a general idea of who I am.

Dislikes:

1. Building profiles on websites.

2. Not feeling comfortable in the company of the people around me.

3. Intellectual, financial and social snobs. (It's one thing to be smart or of a social standing, it another when you wear these ideals as an armor to keep others beneath you.)

4. Politics (I know enough to form an opinion, but I don't feel the need to express that opinion at every waking moment of my life.)

5. Gossip tabloids.

Likes:

1. Ice Cream (in good times and bad)

2. The idea that every person that you meet can enrich your life to some degree.

3. The Style section of the New York Times.

4. Wit (There's a hell of a distance between wisecracking and wit. Wit has truth in it; wisecracking is simply calisthenics with words.-Dorothy Parker)

5. Comfortable silence ( There is nothing worst than fading out on someone who can't seem to stop talking)
